Sunday With The Hannasch's
Sunday February 21st, 2010, we went up the hill to my Dad's for dinner since the Hannasch's were in town from Lincoln, NE. It was great catching up with them and having a nice family dinner.
Trevor fell asleep on the couch watching Elmo!

Farm Tots At The PHX Zoo
Friday February 19th, 2010, Trevor and I attended the Farm Tots program at the PHX Zoo. This class was on cows. There are four cows at the PHX Zoo. Sid Flakes, Frosty Flakes and Mrs. Flakes. The fourth cow did not have a name as of that day. We were able to feed the cows Hay Balls and Branches. Then Trevor and I explored some of the zoo on our own. So much fun with my little guy!

Goldfield Ghost Town
On Sunday February 14th, 2010 (Valentine's Day) Trevor and I spent the afternoon at this authentic ghost town, located at the base of the legendary Superstition Mountains, which was voted as the Best Place to take the Children by the Phoenix newspaper. We rode the narrow-gauge train and saw a gunfight reenactment. The town boomed in 1893, and even though the gold is gone, Goldfield provides a look back in time to the 1890's Old West.
The gunfight reenactment is getting ready to begin. Afterwards, Trevor kept saying "Boom, Boom, Boom".
