Incredible Elephants/Our 9th Wedding Anniversary
Wednesday May 12th 2010, Trevor and I attended Incredible Elephants. And I mean Incredible! We had breakfast with Reba the Elephant at the PHX Zoo. It was also my 9th wedding anniversary. Matt was out of town. So, if I could not be with my husband, at least I was with my little guy that I love so much!
The Peacock wanted us to share some breakfast! He was getting very close!

Happy Mother's Day
Sunday May 9th, 2010 was a great day and sad day for me. We put my Mom on a plane back to cool NE temps. It was wonderful having her with us for two weeks. Later in the afternoon the boys and I played out back. We all three went swimming for the first time this year. Trevor went down for an afternoon nap, Matt was watching golf and I got to nap in the sun! The boys took me to dinner at Red Robin and DQ for ice cream. It was nice having a night off from cooking. I love my boys!

Lake Havasu City
Friday May 7th, 2010 Grandma Gail, Trevor and I enjoyed our day together. We drove over the London Bridge, went to the Lake Havasu Museum of History. This new addition to the Lake Havasu community traces the area's history from prehistoric times to modern day. Displays in the 3,000-square-foot museum included exhibits on the Chemehuevi Indians, the construction of Parker Dam, the region's mining activities, and information on London Bridge. Once we returned to the resort we spent the early evening playing in the pools and water slide. Fun times!
