Lake Havasu City
Friday May 7th, 2010 Grandma Gail, Trevor and I enjoyed our day together. We drove over the London Bridge, went to the Lake Havasu Museum of History. This new addition to the Lake Havasu community traces the area's history from prehistoric times to modern day. Displays in the 3,000-square-foot museum included exhibits on the Chemehuevi Indians, the construction of Parker Dam, the region's mining activities, and information on London Bridge. Once we returned to the resort we spent the early evening playing in the pools and water slide. Fun times!
