Slow-Cooked Pork Barbecue

I only needed five ingredients to fix this sweet and tender pork for sandwiches. I think it's perfect just the way it is, but feel free to adjust the sauce ingredients to suit your family's tastes.

1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 pounds)
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup cola
sandwich rolls, split

Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Remove meat; drain juices. Shred meat with a fork and return to the slow cooker. Combine barbecue sauce and cola; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Serve on rolls.
